4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds may be considered at Ishofy’s discretion in cases of technical issues or failure to deliver core services.
• Cancellation:
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, your store remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, the store and data may be deactivated unless you export your data.
• Trial Period:
  • If you are on a free trial, your access will automatically expire at the end of the trial unless you subscribe.
• Data Export:
  • You are responsible for exporting your store data before subscription cancellation or termination.

5. Store Ownership and Responsibilities

• You retain full ownership of the content, products, and data you upload to your store.
• You are responsible for:
  • Accurate product descriptions and pricing
  • Compliance with all laws related to selling products or services
  • Payment and shipping compliance
  • Customer service, returns, and dispute resolution
• Ishofy provides the platform and tools, but we do not sell or fulfill products on your behalf.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Ishofy to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
• Attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to our Services
• Use the platform to engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Data Management and Backups

• Ishofy provides automated backups and platform security, but you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data.
• Data restoration requests are subject to our backup policies and timelines.
• Ishofy reserves the right to delete inactive accounts or content after extended periods of non-use, with prior notice.

8. Payment Gateways and Financial Responsibility

• All payment processing is conducted through integrated third-party gateways (e.g., SSLCommerz, AamarPay, mobile banking).
• You are responsible for all transaction fees, taxes, and compliance with local financial regulations.
• Ishofy does not hold or manage funds for third-party merchants outside the scope of our subscription services.

• Ishofy owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and underlying code.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our software or platform features without prior written consent.
• Your content, branding, and product materials remain your property. You grant Ishofy a limited license to display your content for service operation purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ishofy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific outcomes from using our Services.
• You agree that the total liability of Ishofy, if any, shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months.

11. Termination and Suspension

• You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• Ishofy may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of Terms
  • Security breaches or illegal activity
• Upon termination, your store and associated data may be deleted after a grace period, unless you export it.

• Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
