Cancellation Policy of Ishofy Services and Plans.

Cancellation effective date

  • Customers can request cancellation at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly/term plan).

  • Until the billing cycle ends, the service remains active and the customer retains access to included features and support (unless service is suspended for policy/payment/security reasons).

  • After cancellation takes effect, no further subscription charges will be made unless the customer renews/reactivates the service.

Domain and hosting

  • Customers may purchase/register their domain from any provider/registrar of their choice.

  • Ishofy’s subscription includes hosting, and Ishofy will connect the customer’s domain to the hosted store during the active subscription term.

  • When the subscription ends (end of billing cycle), Ishofy-hosted services (hosting + managed environment) will stop unless the plan is renewed.

Setup fees and refunds

  • Any one-time setup fee (e.g., “Setup Cost”) is generally non-refundable once setup work has started or been delivered, because it covers initial configuration and onboarding effort.

  • Subscription fees are not prorated for partial periods (example: if you cancel mid-month, the service stays active until month-end, but unused days are not refunded).

  • Third‑party costs (domain purchase/renewal, paid themes/plugins, payment gateway fees, SMS/email tools, etc.) are billed by the respective providers and are typically non-refundable per their rules; Ishofy cannot guarantee refunds for those charges.

How to request cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through Ishofy’s official support channels (e.g., WhatsApp, email, or support form) with the customer’s store name/URL and registered contact details.

  • Ishofy will confirm receipt of the request and share the effective cancellation date (end of billing cycle).

  • If there are outstanding dues, the account may be suspended or cancellation may be processed after dues are cleared, depending on the case.

Data, access, and handover

  • After cancellation takes effect, admin access to Ishofy-managed services may be removed and hosted services may be taken offline.

  • Customers should request exports/backups (orders, customer list, product catalog, invoices, etc.) before the billing cycle ends; Ishofy may provide a limited grace period for exports where feasible (your team can set a fixed number, e.g., 7–15 days).

  • If the customer wants to move away from Ishofy hosting, domain DNS can be pointed to another host after the subscription ends; domain ownership remains with the customer since they purchased it independently.
